Breaths per minutes. BPM

I don't understand why sometimes 13 breaths per minutes is above my personal zone and why sometimes it isn't.

I assume you are talking about (overnight) breathing rate trend in Health Metrics.  Your personal range in just based on your average (don't know how long is considered).  So if your average breathing rate has gone up that might put 13 in your range; then if your average goes down, 13 might be above your range.

 

Minor clarification: BPM usually is used for heart rate Beats Per Minute, just to try to avoid confusion.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
