Bring back the app the way it used to be!

I hate the way the app is now. It is no longer user friendly or helpful in any way. When my charge 5 dies, I will buy a different tracker than Fitbit. My guess is they want everyone to pay for premium so they ruined what has worked since 2016!  Fitbit, hear this, you will not get one more penny from me!

I have a versa and spent over 2 hrs on the phone with support mostly last Thurs/Fri and when I didn’t hear back called in again today.  Let’s make a lot of noise.  Several people complained in the community who have verse’s so in a different part of community so we are not alone. I’m going to look at other devices too.

Hi, I am a premium user and the app doesn’t work any better for paying customers. All of the features that folks are complaining about that were removed from the app is the same …. premium or no pay. The new app for Fitbit 5 is awful and they clearly and deliberately took away / broke features that long time users really appreciated. It’s time to look for a new product!

The first person I got on the phone had me delete my app and reinstall it. That was for nothing. I got cut off and second person I spoke to said there were lots of complaints.  They know they ruined it!  Keep making noise and maybe it will change.
