Broken Charge 5 and chat keeps getting disconnected

How do I contact customer service? Not their stupid chat that keeps getting disconnected but an actual person that can help fix the issue with my broken LESS THAN 2 Month old charge5. They are seriously trying to lose customers over here. *Phone call is NOT an option.

The phone option should be there alongside chat at contact.fitbit.com It varies depending on your country setting at the bottom right of that page. Try changing the country to US or UK (they both work for me). What country setting do you have? I can try it on my PC to see if it gives me as number that I can post here.

 

For info, US phone option gives me (877) 623-4997

UK gives me 0800 069 8505

As stated in my post the phone isn't an option for me. US number is awesome if you're in the US but I live in Belize. I got disconnected from the chat 3x so I'm over it. Thx though.
