Broken Charge 5 band connector

My 5 fell to the floor and the plastic piece that connects the fitbit to the band fell out.  Any way to have a 5 repaired?

Unfortunately, the Charge 5 is not repairable.

How old is the device?  Is it still under warranty?

@Snowden24 unfortunately there are no repair options for Fitbit devices at this time. There are bands like this that encapsulate the Fitbit and the plastic bit that broke on yours is no longer needed. There are various styles available on Amazon. If you decide to buy one, read the reviews carefully so you are sure to get a band that does what you need.
