The 2nd tracker became unresponsive after 1 year. No meaningful support from Fitbit. Spent to much time on Youtube and forums to resolve. That's it. I'm gone.

While You Tube can provide some insight, the best assistance anyone can get is Fitbit customer service and the information in the Help section which contains official videos, images and articles. Have you reached out to support? Chat or phone is usually best.
