Hello,
Over a few days, I noticed flickering, the screen brightness going too bright, then finally today totally dying. The rest of the Fitbit seems responsive, I am getting notification vibrations, etc. However, cord-based restarting did not revive the screen. I've barely had this device a full year (got in Dec 2022). Is there anything else I can do?? Not sure if relevant, but the sensor bezel is loose and keeps falling off as well... Thanks so much.

Hi, @jennybloog , the loose and falling off bezel sounds a bit worrying, but besides the restart procedure you could try changing the clock face, as this often revives a blank screen issue. To change the clock face go to your app, click the small icon top left to take you to the device screen. On the device screen click on the picture of your Charge 5 and then select Gallery —> Clocks. Choose any different clock face and be sure to sync your Charge 5.
If this solves your issue then you can return to your previously chosen clock face, if you prefer.
If neither restarting nor changing the clock face fixes this, you may want to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com . They will let you know your options.

Hello @jennybloog
Since you mention that the sensor bezel is loose & keeps coming off, I believe that should qualify as a defective device and you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link).

@RiekoC , that depends, of course, on whether it is still under warranty…
