Fitbit charge 5 just started going blank. Reset won't work only for one or two hours. Then it goes blank again. Just started today. No problem last 1 1/2 yrs
Hi, @Markworo try changing the clock face in the app. Instructions here . See if that fix lasts a little longer. If it works you should be able to return to your previously preferred clock face if you want.
