Since this morning my Fitbit steps have not shown correctly on the Fitbit but when syncing the app shows the correct steps but does not show the hour stats which do show on the Fitbit…
it also froze this morning with the watch just showing the red dots from one of the settings
the steps on my Fitbit are going up briefly when moving ( from the lower amount) but when I stop they just drop back down
ive tried restarting, re setting up, hard reset , changing clock face and nothing seems to work!
anyone else having this issue? The Fitbit is only 3 months old

Since you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting without success and your Charge 5 is 3 months old, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
