CHARGE 5 swipe function seems to be disabled despite restarting and changing the clock face. I'm stuck in the clock interface and can't even do anything but to look at the time.

One possible reason why the display of your Charge doesn't respond to touch is that your device is in water lock mode. Please try to firmly double-tap the middle of the screen with your finger to turn off water lock. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder. Turning off this feature uses the acceleration sensor in your device, which takes more force to activate.
