Hello @Kathy111

Your Charge 5 should be getting the date & time from the mobile device that you use for the Fitbit app.

Have you had a chance to check your profile info to see if your location & timezone information are still correct?

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Fitbit settings in the menu that opens
  • Tap Date, time & units under App settings
  • Confirm that your location and timezone are correct. If they aren't, tap on them to open the page where you can make corrections. Usually, automatic location & timezone are selected by default.

Please let us know if this helped you fix the time on your Charge 5

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kathy111. I'm sorry to hear that the date and time are incorrect on your Charge 5. I'll be happy to assist.

Sync your Fitbit device to show the correct time. For more information, go to How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

If you're already syncing your device, please follow the instructions that @RiekoC kindly shared with us.
