Calorie counter has stopped using activity?  17000 steps two days in a row and calorie burn is 1/2 as much today vs yesterday?  What to do?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @craigRossi

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5.

Let me know if if you've been experiencing any problem to log your food or if you've been experiencing any problem with the calories for the other days of the week. Other users have been experiencing trouble with food logs and calorie information. The team is aware of this problem and they're working on a solution.

If you haven't done so already, make sure that all the information in your account settings is correct, like sex, age, height, and weight. The calories are estimated based on the physical data you entered when you set up your account. If you do feel that the amount of calories burned are not accurate based on your personal setting, please try restarting your device using the charging cable and following these steps, and check if you continue to experience any problem.
