I recently got my Charge 5. Since the latest app update, if I click on the food tab, my calories out do not match my watch, what is listed on the today dashboard, so my remaining calories are not calculated properly. I've turned the Bluetooth off and on, I've force stopped and restarted the app, and I've restarted my phone (which worked yesterday but not today) and nothing is working. It's not a huge deal, it's just very inconvenient. I'm wondering how to fix it.

Hello @SShoelace78
There is/was a bug with calorie tracking. The issue was escalated and, as far as I know, the team is/was working on a fix.
I'm not sure if the issue was fixed since I've seen some users report today (06 Sep 2024) that their calorie tracking is back to working.
Please let us know if your calorie tracking is working correctly now.

My app food tab is still about 250 calories over what the main dashboard in app shows and what my tracker (charge 5) shows. It least the app dashboard is in sync with my tracker. It is just really frustrating thinking I still have calories left to eat, when really I don't. I hope it's fixed soon.

Mine is still doing the same thing. I'm glad they're aware and working on it though. Hopefully it'll be back to normal soon.
