Can Charge 5 import altimeter data from MapMyFitness?

Hi, thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5, @hildrele.  

Usually the floors are not shared between third party apps and Fitbit when an integration is available. In the case of the app you mentioned earlier, the information that is shared between MyFitnessPal and Fitbit is:

From Fitbit to MapMyFitness:

• Distance
• Calories

From MapMyFitness to Fitbit:

• None

If you use another app to track your data, you can connect it with your Fitbit account following these steps to check if the floors are being transferred, but as mentioned earlier, this metric usually not shared between apps. 

You can also share this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, as this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Please consider adding your vote to these ideas as well: 

• Add an altimeter to the Charge 5.
• Manually log floors.
