It seems that Charge5 only measures blood oxygen, skin temperature and heart rate variability at night. Can the device measure these parameters all day?

@Henry12138 I'm sorry, but no. In order to be complete, these night time measurements are consistent across all Fitbits that have these health metrics.

No Fitbit devices report those during the day, or on-demand. I think the issue is that they require you to be still for an extended period of time.

Thank you for your answer. In addition, I would like to ask why it requires the personnel to be still? Is it for more accurate measurement? Or what other reason?

Thank you for your answer, but I still hope that fitbit can measure these parameters all day long, which is significant for our scientific research on human thermal comfort.

@Henry12138 This additional information is very helpful. No Fitbit model can give you the information you want. You will need another brand for your research.
