Can I change swim units to meters?

My Fitbit displays distance in meters but shows on the app in yards. Can I change that to save me converting it for the sponsored Swim 22 challenge?

Note that you can select meter or yards for swim units on the Fitbit account/app itself.

Thanks gor your reply. I can set it to lengths/meters if I count my lengths and add them manually. My device is set to meters but when it sends my swim to the app it shows in yards. I can't work out how to change it once it's sent.
