Can I get fitbit to recognise a run only recorded on Strava?

I mistakenly left my Fitbit charging so recorded my run on Strava directly.  Is there a way to get the synch to work backwards or to get the Strava run on my Fitbit tracker?

Welcome to the Fibit community, @Lotteski970!

All data collected by you Fitbit device and/or your phone is synced towards your Fitbit account. There`s no syncing back to your Fibit device.

You can however connect Strava to your Fibit account:
