I am visiting Mexico and today I wanted to take an ECG. Well it worked once and then the app was gone and I can’t download it again. Why the hell are there countries where I can’t use it and why? Anyone knows? Not happy

Hello @bb70555 

 

Different countries have different criteria for approving the ECG App and Fitbit (and us) have to wait for approval to be granted by the authorities in each country.

 

It can be annoying.  I can't get it in my country at all but there's nothing to do but wait. 

 

At least when you return to your country you should be able to use it again, so hopefully it should just be a temporary annoyance for you.
