Can a 7 year old use a Charge 5?

Hey everyone,

 

I'm looking for an activity tracker for my 7 year old, and I understand the Ace 3 is geared toward young ones, but I'm looking to track my child's sleep in more detail. My understanding is that the Ace 3 only monitors sleep/awake, but the Charge 5 will monitor REM, Deep Sleep, o2 etc. Is there any issue with a child as young as 7 using a Charge 5?

I’d assume so I just think it has more advanced capabilities that a kid wouldn’t know how to use that’s why they have trackers for kids
