Can a Charge 5 be worn other than on your arm

I react to metal so I usually have my Fitbit in my pocket or on my ankle with my sock between it and the skin. But I got a Fitbit Charge 5 and when I do that with this Fitbit, it doesn’t count my 250 steps per hour. It still counts them on the actual Fitbit but in the app it doesn’t show those hours goals are met. What should I do?

Hi @auntkitty69  Fitbit made a clip just for the Charge 5 - click to see it.

Hi @auntkitty69

If you are seeing your steps on your Charge 5 but not in the app, it sounds like you might have a sync problem. Are your steps the only metrics not showing up in your Fitbit app?

If this is a sync problem, please click here for troubleshooting recommendations: Why won't my Fitbit sync?

Let us know if you're still having issues with your steps not showing up in the app.

It’s only the 250 per hour goal that isn’t matching.
