@ydk12   Can you please ask your question a different way, with more detail?  Those terms aren't commonly used with Fitbit devices on the user side, but are used in HRV frequency measurements  I looked at your public profile and saw that you asked questions in the developer forums.  I think your question, with more detail added, is better suited to a developer forum, not a Charge 5 device (user help) forum.
