Can not turn on Charge 5

My Charge 5 had turn off for a day now, after my app show need to update something. I did not know much.

I have follow up instruction by connect charge and press 3 times. After 10s, my charge 3 responded  Fitbit logo in the screen and then turn off.

Can anyone help me to solve it?

First time using this brand but I am so disappeared
