I've started the return process for my device, but I don't have access to a printer and cannot print out a return label.
Are there other options? (QR code, direct drop off, etc.)

I know the label is required so it can be properly shipped to Fitbit's warehouse. In this case, my best recommendation would be be to continue the communication with the Customer Support team so they can let you know if there are any other alternatives available for you. You can respond to the last e-mail they sent you and you should be receiving a reply soon.
