Hi,
Do you have any idea how to add all three watches that I have in the app?? I used to have 2 & 3 until yesterday. I added the 5 to be the third one in my app several months ago, then gave it to my wife. Now I took it back and I was about to add 5 to the other two, it actually switched all those to only the 5. I can now only have one watch/tracker connected. and have to pair each one separately to be able to sync. Every time I do that, it deletes the existing one and installs one only.
Any idea how can I have the three watches saved in the app again?'
thanks,

I've read elsewhere in the forum that you are only now able to have one tracker per account in the app. So a work around could be to set up a different account for each tracker which would mean logging out of one account to sync the other.

Apparently, after chatting with two different agents today about being able to add more than one tracker on my app (since I have three of those, with the newest charge 5, I have the 3 and the 2 and I wear all of them.) now you can ONLY add one device at a time.
The brilliant solution from the tech support to create three accounts with three emails addresses to add each device to each account and log in and off as you switch wearing trackers. The other solution is to unpair and pair the device and set it up every time you want to wear a different one.
If I knew this was the case I probably have thought twice before buying my charge 5.
Does anyone have any ideas how to keep three devices in one app?
I hope fitbit sees this and bring back that option.

Hi @iyad737 read this article - click to go there - to learn more. If you have two devices that can install apps from the Fitbit Gallery, you can only have one of them on your account at one time. The best way to have both Fitbits would be to alternate setting them up. Fitbit #1 use it and then sync, remove it from the account and set up Fitbit #2, use it and then sync and so on. If keeping your steps and activities on one account is important, then having one account is the only way to do it. You can't combine steps from more than one account.
