Keep giving me an error and telling me to try again with a big X on my Charge5 i removed and re added by Charge5 and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still won’t work

In addition to the steps you mentioned earlier, please try completing a three pulse restart using the charging cable:

I have the same problem! But your solution is impossible! When I go to settings under FitBit there is NO Storage option thus no way to clean the cache!
I have an iPhone XR. Perhaps you are looking at a newer version of the iPhone but for the iPhone XR this is NOT an option.

Could you please confirm if you were able to try the other steps, without clearing cache and cookies? Let me know if you still experience the same problem after the other steps. In addition, you can also try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
