I have not been able to change the swimming pool length. None of the instructions that I found online was accurate. I suspect the function was damaged during recent APP updates because I was able to enter the current value 12 meters, that was at least 2 years ago.

On the Exercise App on-wrist, get to Swim, tap that,  note the little up arrow at bottom of screen. That means to swipe up from that arrow to see more options just for this Swim selection.  Among these options will be length and unit.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
