Can't connect Fitbit Charge 5 to phone

My Fitbit has become disconnected from my phone. I have a Charger 5 and a Moto Power G. I have:

  • Turned Bluetooth off and on
  • Turned the phone off and on
  • Removed the app from the phone, rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app.

Still nothing and no outages reported. Help!

I am having a similar issue this morning. My Charge 5 will not sync, it seems to get hung up about halfway and never finishes. I have:

- Restarted Charge 5

- Restarted iPhone

- Turned Bluetooth on & off

- uninstalled & reinstalled the app

The one thing I hadn't done was restart my FitBit. I ended up contacting customer support and they had me do that. But if you've tried that and it hasn't worked, it's time for customer support.
