 I'm trying to set up Fitbit pay on my new Charge 5. I looked through the app and I still couldn't find the wallet as instructed:(

Can you confirm your mobile device operating system and Fitbit app version?

If the Fitbit app is up-to-date, I would suggest clearing the app cache, and the uninstalling and re-installing the app.

The help article indicates that some users will see the wallet, and others may see Google Pay. Unfortunately, I cannot read your screenshot 😉
