does anyone know were to find the place to set up reminders to drink water

Hi & welcome @Niayo 

As @Heretohelp1234 mentioned, the Charge 5 doesn't have an option that reminds you to drink water. A workaround would be to install a 3rd party drink accountability app and see if you can set it up to send a notification to your Fitbit.

Also is the reflex thing good because I want it but I can’t get it because it’s unavailable😭 it said I have no updates available

I have health and wellness notifications, which includes stay hydrated notifications. But for some this option no longer exists. 

Fitbit Ionic 72.1.15 (recalled), Fitbit Sense 128.6.17 and Pixel Watch 2 BP1A.250305.019.W8, March 2025.
