Can’t get my Fitbit 5 to charge properly,I have restarted it 3 times. It’s stuck at 95%

Hi @Pocketblair when my old Flex wouldn't get all the way charged, I'd unplug it for about ten minutes or more, then try again. Ultimately it would charge fully.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

@Pocketblair I've moved your post to the Charge 5 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details and every step that you've tried prior to posting. In addition to our friend's advice, please make sure to exhaust the rest of the steps described in this help article, as those have worked for other members. Then try charging your tracker one more time and monitor its performance in the next few days.
