Can’t get my Charge 5 to pair with my phone.

went in settings to Bluetooth to connect it’s not working

Hi, thanks for the information you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5, @Sum

 

In order to pair your device to your phone, make sure to do it through the Fitbit app by following the steps in this article, instead of doing it through the Bluetooth settings on the phone.
