Can't log in the Fitbit app in China's mainland

I down load the US versin app on my phone and I used my US account but I still can not sign in the app in China's mainland and it always shows that there is no internet connection but the internet is working.

I suspect that your phone location is what is preventing you from logging into the Fitbit app since it recognizes that you are not in a supported country.

I've seen some users who are in countries that are currently not supported by Fitbit report that they use a VPN to "trick" their phone into thinking that it is in a Fitbit supported country. When they did this, they were able to use the Fitbit app. That said, I have not seen the use of a VPN as being officially recommended by Fitbit.
