I have not been able to access the app since the 8-Nov. It keeps saying "fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later"
I've logged a report with support and have tried all the suggestions given and still nothing. I've also not heard back from Support in over a week.
This is extremely disappointing.

@Michaeltt12345 Sad to hear that you're having trouble accessing your Fitbit account.
Have you tried to log in using the Fitbit app on your phone, or did you try to access your account with a computer? In any case I'd suggest to try logging in to your account with a different device to get a clue what might be wrong.
