Can't log into my Fitbit account after switching phones

I tried to switch phones and Fitbit on my new phone (Samsung Galaxy s20.  My old phone was Samsung Galaxy s10e) won't let me sign in with my Fitbit credentials, so I tried with Google.  However, my login for my Fitbit on my old phone and my computer is still valid.  I logged out and tried to login using my Fitbit credentials again on my new phone and it has blocked me.  I can't even send a log report.  My old phone broke so I have no access to my data. My new phone will not sync with my Fitbit even when I was somehow able to sign in using Google.  Help!
