Terrrible. I am completely lost.
I cannot login anymore in my fitbitapp. ( charge 5)My partner has bought a Charge 6 which is functioning well on his firbit app. But my fitbitapp is not function anymore. I cannot remember how we install our charges. Do we use the same account?
i would like to install my charge 5 anew with an own account.
please help

Sometimes it's a really good decision to start from scratch if your device isn't working as expected.

You should have your own Fitbit account, separate from your partner. You shouldn't be using the same account to log into Fitbit.
Follow the instructions that @Talahthas provided in the link. If you have any problems, let us know and we will do our best to help you get your Charge 5 setup.
