I can't get my Fitbit Charge5 to sync. In particular I can't get it to connect with my phone by Bluetooth. As of 1036 this morning it did. Now it won't. I have read the other post here. I tried restarting the phone, restarting the Fitbit, force quitting the app, turning Bluetooth on and off and uninstalling the app( with reinstall), and lots of combinations of these. Nothing.

Weird replying to my own post. I got it fixed. Maybe this will help someone else. I tried all the stuff here on forum and chatted with helpline. We did all the stuff listed on the forum and nothing. Turns out when I hit reset it wasn't really resetting. When I got home I plugged in the charger and used the button there to force a restart. That worked. Oh, by the way if a moderator is reading this, how do I tell Fitbit I don't need the replacement they were sending me?
