I am setting up the Charge 5 for the first time and wish to subscribe to Premium, but it is not clear which login the app is looking for. Two of my email addresses are on the payment page, one that is my Fitbit login and the other my Google login. I attempted to pay via PayPal, but the form will not accept my passwords for Fitbit, Google, or PayPal. What login is the form requesting?
Problem solved. I was able to pay on the computer but not the phone. Don't know how to delete original post.
