My restart button not working on Fitbit charge 5 causing my Fitbit to use about 30% battery a day

Hi there, @suzie2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forum. It's sad to hear about the two inconveniences you're having with your Charge 5. We'll be glad to help you!

As a first approach, please follow @JohnnyRow's recommendation. If you manage to restart your Charge 5, but keep noticing a decrease in its battery life, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to improve battery life in general, as this has been generally useful for other users.
