I can’t see notifications on my screen when I receive a message,  it vibrates but 

when I look it says no new notifications 

help please

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device. 

Let me know if this is happening with all the notifications or only with a specific type of notification. If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users:

  1. Complete the 3 pulse restart procedure using the charging cable. 
  2. Disable the notifications completely and set them up again. 
  3. If the issue persists, please try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
