I upgraded my Charge4 to a 5 today but don’t seem to be able to get messenger or WhatsApp notifications anymore.

Is this something new or am I missing something? I can see ability to get ubereats and AdoreBeauty notifications which is nice but I’d much rather be continuing to get WhatsApp and messenger notifications which are actually useful

Hi there, @Katie-Girl. Thanks for stopping by in the forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 5.

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp/Messenger, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp/Messenger is already an option to be selected. 

I'd recommend following the steps in the article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
