Can't set up my Charge 5

Since purchasing the Charge 5 my Fitbit App does allow me to Setup my Device....no matter I try. The Customer Support is no help at all as their advice/solutions does not work at all. At their request I Uninstalled and re-installed the App and now nothing works😡

To resolve set up issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

If you are still having the same issue, please tell me which step of the set up process are you not able to complete? Do you see any error message? If possible, you can attach a screen shot for further investigation.
