Just got a new Charge 5. I cannot set it up. The app gives me an error after trying to sign in with google. Just says something went wrong and to try again. Is there a known problem going on? I have uninstalled, restarted my phone, done all the troubleshooting things to get it to work. But nothing works.

I've had my Charge 5 since July last year and it and the App have worked fine until (my) this morning. I now have the same problem as you. I can signin on the website but not the App on my phone. I think I made a mistake of doing all the uninstalling re-installing, reboot, ... Try as I might I just get "Something went wrong Please try again" They obviously had a problem earlier today but haven't fixed it for everybody. Frustrating!

There was a Fitbit system wide outage yesterday (11 Oct 2023) that impacted logging in and syncing and was eventually resolved several hours later. You should be able to login and sync now.
