Can't track heart rate during the Run while sharing the exercise on social media

Hi.. I can see heart rate on the dashboard for the entire day. But after a run, If I try to share the run info on media - I can't select the heart rate tracked during the run. 
When I select on the heart symbol, the app crashes; this happened many times; I had re-loaded the app on the phone more than thrice, but it is the same issue.

Is there any fix to this - else I feel it as a serious let-down as the rest of the info, even my phone app can track; I don't need a charger 5 band for it. Pls help!
