I have to turn on DND before I can turn on Exercise Focus. Nothing happens if I try to turn it on and sometimes the device will restart randomly when trying to activate it.

Restarting the device didn't fix the issue and I'm on the newest OS (194.61)

To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried all the steps provided below:

  1. Restart your Fitbit.
  2. Turn on 'Exercise Focus'.
  3. Sync your Fitbit Charge 5.

As mentioned before, restating the device has not fixed the issue and I’m unable to turn on “exercise focus” within the settings without turning on DND. Syncing the device also doesn’t fix the issue and Changing the clock face also doesn’t resolve the issue either.
