Can we expect Google pay on Charge 5 any time soon?

One of the main reasons I bought a Charge 5 was for the NFC Payments only to find out my bank wont let it be connected so I would need to use google pay on the Charge 5 to be able to pay with it. 

 

Any chance of this happening soon?

Would love this feature for my Charge 5 as well since FitBit Pay is quite limited in terms of supported banks in my country, and Google Pay supports all of the cards I use

Would love for the charge 5 to support google pay aswell & hope it comes soon, in the meantime I've signed up for a Curve card that can be added to fitbit pay and allows you to add up to 2 Mastercard or Visa cards from any bank and basically redirects any payments done on the curve card to the card selected in the app, been using it daily for a few weeks at this point and have yet to encounter any issues
