Cannot cancel installation of Charge 5 clock face

Hi @LizzyFitbit 

I’m having the exact same problem, with my new charge 5 stuck on the loading screen, with the manual reset not even working. Should I just wait for it to die or can I stop it.

Also, I tried removing the device from my account and it did nothing, and now I can’t even connect it

I've moved your post to the Charge 5 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for every step you tried prior to posting. Because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? Do you see an error message when trying to connect your tracker back to the Fitbit app?

 

If your tracker is still not connecting, let me recommend trying the troubleshooting described in this help article.
