I have just got a charge5 watch and am attempting to set up the atrial fibrillation monitor. (This was the main point of buying the watch). Unfortunately, whilst setting up af, there is a page headed eligibility verification with s greyed out "next" box at the bottom.
I cannot get past this point. I click the hyperlink to look at the small print but there is no way to click a button to say you accept.
I've tried removing and reinstalling the app. I've turned my phone on and off. All to no avail.
Now I'm getting very frustrated and wondering whether my device will work either on my phone or in my country (uk).
Can anybody help?

@Bonsaiman have you scrolled all the way to the bottom of that page? Sometimes those links don't wake up until you scroll.

Hi, I now have a solution that worked. The page eligibility verification itself does not scroll however, about a third of the way from the top is a line. The section above this line is what scrolls. Once I found that out everything worked as it should. Thanks to the fitbit customer care team
