Cannot log into account / changed passwords and don't have access to my old phone number

As the title says, I wanted to ask something in this community and couldn't remember my password so I changed it. When trying to log into my account with my new password it asked me for a SMS code sent to my old phone number that I don't have access anymore.

My app also logged off by itself and cannot log in any possible way. Even to write this here I had to create a sub-account.

I just want to log into my old account but don't know what to do. Please help me.

Was able to solve it with the customer support from X (twitter)
