I tried to add my capital one card today and it reaches Capital Ones agreement page, I tap Agree, but then Fitbit tells me the card/bank is not supported. Capital one has no record of my attempt to add the card to the device, so something is definitely wrong on Fitbits end. It's a shame one of the most useful parts of a wearable does not work.

I should add I tried two different Cap One cards, both failed.

I was told by Fitbit agent, Capital One stopped supporting Fitbit Pay,
that's the problem... Hours of phone calls ... 😉

What I don't get is at this link: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/fitbit-pay/banks

Capital One and Chase are both listed as supported, unless that information is out of date. Sure would be nice if FitBit would clarify, I wasn't able to add my Chase card either! Pretty ridiculous that two major banks just don't work with FitBit Pay.

I had called and spoke with a supervisor from Fitbit Pay department.

This intuition is not supported anymore. No Capital One card will work with
your Fitbit Watch... Capital One (not Fitbit) stopped supporting Fitbit Pay
services!
