I am using my Charge 5 now for a longer time.
The calculated cardio fitness score is always the same range and never changing even if I experience a lot of improvements. Also it seems to be to bad for my fitness level.
I always run with enabled HR and GPS.
Any Ideas? I saw older posts having the same issue but they were never resolved or answered.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @samsap1ol.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 5. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
In addition, I would recommend restarting your Tracker and follow the steps in this article in the menus "How do I get a more precise estimate of my score?" and "How do I get the best cardio fitness score during runs?".
Hope this helps.

Hello @samsap1ol @EdsonFitbit
I've been in the same situation for a month now, with just a range rather than an exact score. It is frustrating. All of my apps were up to date and I followed the instructions as I did before. It used to take 2 or 3 jogs outside with GPS for the range to change to a score, but now it's not. I noted it now says 'several', how many do you think that might mean?
I don't really like using GPS as it runs your battery down quite a lot and I always take the same route anyway.
One bright point, maybe, is that an even newer version of the App has been released: 3.54, and it got rid of another long-standing bug which involved a location permission pop-up. I'm hoping it might fix this issue too.
