At the top of my failure tells me,”Yiu’ve really been pushing it….take it easy…aim for 1-45 Cardio as a goal.
In the Cardio section the goal is much much higher…starts at 45 to 99.
which is it?
any insight would be appreciated.

Hello @Celi19 and welcome to the Community. I get the same thing, too. I'm going to be brutally honest. I think this is a work in progress and not very useful. I base my workouts on how I feel.
